Park and walk to all major attractions or relax on the wrap-around veranda or in our award-winning formal gardens. ROOMS & AMENITIES

We have four spacious, air-conditioned guest rooms each with cable television and wireless internet.
The Sandringham Room has a queen bed, ensuite bath, fainting couch, wing chair and bay window.
The Balmoral Room has a queen bed, ensuite bath, armoire, sofa and a bay window.
The Hampton Court Room has a queen bed, ensuite bath, armoire, triple dresser and sofa.
The Windsor Room is our romantic getaway with a canopied bed and a large, private bathroom with claw-foot tub and waterfall shower.
All our bedrooms are spacious and well-appointed, each with its own bathroom.

A bar refrigerator in the guest hallway has complimentary water and soft drinks, along with space for your items.

A grand entrance foyer, with Juliet balcony, impressive original woodwork and fireplace invite you into our home. Relax in our formal parlor, on our wrap-around veranda or in our award-winning gardens

A small, hypo-allergenic dog "Marley" resides with us. Our parrots, "Raja" and "Willie" have their own room at the back of the house and may be viewed from the garden. We regret that we cannot accommodate guest pets.

BREAKFAST

We serve a beautiful breakfast in our elegant dining room. Fresh fruit, home baking and our own special, baked entrees, along with juice, coffee and tea are included each day. Wake-up coffee and tea are served in our guest hallway at 8:00a.m.

RATES

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday $169.00 (CDN); Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, $175.00 (CDN), plus taxes. VISA, MasterCard, Traveler's Cheques and Cash are accepted.

POLICIES

A deposit of $40(CDN) is required. Cancellation policy is in effect. Please see our website at www.birminghammanor.ca for details. We require a two night minimum on weekends ( Friday to Sunday)from June to September. Check-in is from 3 - 5 p.m. Later, by arrangement.

Guests are welcome year-round. Inquire about our Winter Rates from November 15 to April 15.
