A gracious 1880 Italianate style house designated under the Ontario Heritage Act. The exterior decorative trim is original. The interior is furnished with period antique furniture and art. Amenities include downstairs parlour, upstairs sitting room and balcony access to garden. Wireless Internet access is available.

ROOMS & AMENITIES

There are three guest rooms:
• The William Room with queen bed and full ensuite washroom.
• The Edward Room with twin or king bed and ensuite washroom with shower.
• The Elizabeth Room with queen bed and separate private full washroom.

The upstairs Sitting Room with TV and collection of books is a great place to relax. The downstairs Parlour is a comfortable and quiet room filled with antique furniture and art. A bar fridge, coffee, tea, bottled water and soft drinks are provided. The beautiful garden offers comfortable sitting areas.


Pets are not allowed.

BREAKFAST

A full breakfast with hot entree is served in the dining room which is furnished with antiques and is flooded with light from an east facing bay window.

RATES

Off season rates ($120.00 to $125.00) are offered November 15, 2009 - May 1, 2010. All rates are subject to 5% G.S.T.

Payment is accepted in cash, cheque, Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

POLICIES

Deposit of one night’s payment confirms booking.
