This 1909 Queen Anne home is a five-minute stroll from the Festival Theatre, and Lake Victoria and its parklands. A ten-minute walk takes you uptown and to the Avon, Studio or Tom Patterson Theatres. Relax in the lounge on the guest floor or on the wickered front verandah. Your visit will be enhanced by an air of quiet elegance, antiques and collectibles.

ROOMS & AMENITIES

Gwendayle on Queen offers three guest rooms:
The Suite contains a sitting room which leads into the bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bath with shower.
The Antique Room with double-size bed shares a four-piece bath with The Yellow Room.
The Yellow Room has two extra-long twin beds which sit side by side on a King headboard.

My home has central air conditioning, and is a smoke-free environment. A lounge for my guests is located on the guest floor. A mini fridge is available. Enjoy beverages and home-made cookies.

There are no house pets, nor are guests permitted to bring their pets.

RATES

The rate for The Suite is $125 and for The Antique Room and The Yellow Room is $98. A single rate of $90 is offered for The Antique Room and The Yellow Room. 5% GST is applicable.

Check-out: 11am

Deposit is refundable prior to seven days of arrival date less $10 service charge.
